I did a search for all these duplicate files and found a couple in service pack 3, somewhere or other. I managed to delete the msn gaming zone files, although the empty folder is still there. Go into the dllcache folder and delete the cache, then open up the task manager and start closing down random files that you don't know exactly what they mean.

If you find the right one, and shut it down, you can delete the files and then reboot. Thank you. It worked! NetMeeting files are gone. The folder is still there but at least all its files are gone.
